Request deletion of your CostaAlert account and associated personal data from Pharoah Technology Ltd.

Email us from the address registered to your CostaAlert account. State that you want your account deleted. Never send your password.

Request account deletion by email

If no email app is configured, contact info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk with the subject “CostaAlert account deletion request”.

We verify ownership, then delete the account and associated profile data and remove or anonymise associated reports and votes. Records that must be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention or an unresolved dispute may be retained; we will explain any applicable exception in our response. This is a request, not an instant deletion action.
